We moved to Shanghai in 2008 and we planned on renting to a friend. Two days prior to leaving, our friend was forced to back out and we were left in an awful quandary!! Throughout these past years, BRS has managed tenant issues, mitigated tricky contractual details, coordinated repairs/maintenance, and guided us through critical financial decisions- all, while scheduling calls with me half a world away and reminding me about things that would have easily slipped through the cracks.
We have decided to place the condo on the market and it was just understood that BRS properties would oversee the sale of our property.
